Dear I had a very unpleasant experience a few days ago. I am formally requesting a refund for order number 642534****, which was placed on May 1st at 7:24 PM. Despite leaving my address, postal code, and contact information, I waited for two hours and the pizza never arrived. Furthermore, I did not receive any communication from the delivery person. I am extremely disappointed and angry at this type of service. Additionally, prior orders for pizza have not been fulfilled correctly, such as order number 684401**** on the same day, where I paid extra for a Stuffed pizza but received a plain pan pizza. This is already the third time. I cannot tolerate being treated this way as a customer. I am formally requesting a full refund for both order numbers. User's recommendation: Worst

My order of 4 boxes of pizza hut melts were hard and way to crunchy for what any pizza should be especially when ur buying melts.

User's recommendation: Ask quality of texture and cooking time.

I placed an order online and then i called at the store. The person shouted at me that before placing an order you should call the store. He literally shouted on my order. That we will not deliver now.
